Deep Tissue Massage uses slow but firm pressure to target the deepest muscle layers and connective tissue, helping to release muscle tension and increase range of motion.

Prenatal
Using the technique of Nurturing the Mother® developed by Claire Marie Miller, this massage utilizes a side laying-position with pillows, which is safest for mother and baby. Calming strokes are used to increase circulation, help with lymph swelling and reduce pain. Gentle stretching techniques are also incorporated to help increase range of motion in the hips and lower back that also helps with tension.

Reflexology
Integrative Reflexology® developed by Claire Marie Miller use the techniques of focusing on specific points within the feet, hands, and ears to address issues throughout the body using Structural Alignment Theory, Zone Theory, Meridian Theory and Psychoneuroimmunology Theory. This deeply relaxing massage can be done while you are fully clothed.

Hot Stone
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming

Fertility Massage
Nurturing the Mother® Fertility Massage is a highly effective techniques including cranial sacral holds, Integrative Reflexology®, meridian lines, and positioning the uterus to help the body be in its best position for pregnancy. This technique also helps with PCOS, Endometriosis, and Uterine Fibroids. This 75 minute session includes a castor oil pack.

30 Minute Add On
This will give you an extra 30 minutes to any service of your choosing, or just a 30-minute massage. This cannot be used for a 30-minute Hot Stone or Fertility Session.

Stretch Session
30-minute session focus on stretching all of your aches and pains away. Using both active and passive stretching techniques to help your aching muscles. This is also a great service to add on to your massage. I ask that you come in comfortable clothes. In this session you will stay fully dressed.

Body Scrub
Using our house made Sugar or Epsom Salt scrubs, with a scent of your choice, you will receive a full body scrub. A body scrub not only helps remove any dead skin cells but it also cleanses the skin through exfoliation and improves circulation. This service is wonderful to pair with a massage.

In Studio Add Ons
Sugar Foot or Hand Scrub $10
Using doTERRA oils, I will make the best blend for each client, based on what they need that day. The scrubs are made of sugar, for those who might have dry and cracked skin, or Epsom Salt, that will help reduce inflammation and the body will absorb the magnesium that is in the salts. The scrub will leave you feeling pampered, relaxed, and smoother skin.
Aromatherapy $10
Using doTERRA oils, I will make the best blend for each client, based on what they need that day. Aromatherapy is proven to help people relax, breathe easier, reduce inflammation, and help with muscle pain.
Caster Oil Pack $20
Caster Oil is applied directly to the abdomen, covered with a cotton cloth, and a hot water bottle is place on the abdomen for up to 40 minutes. This is followed by abdominal massage. Caster Oil packs has been known to relieve constipation, cleanse the liver and spleen, help relieve menstrual cramps, and help reduce the size of uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts.
Contrast Therapy $10
This targeted treatment will help one part of the body by promoting vasodilation and vasoconstriction. This will bring more blood to the area that is in pain and then rush it out taking the buildup of waste product from muscle movement away. Contrast Therapy will help improve circulation, decrease swelling and inflammation, reduce muscle pain and increase range of motion.
Enhanced Massage Oil $20
Using Jimbo and Julus Enhanced Massage Oil will help with muscle pain. This oil will leave you feel more relaxed and in less pain after the massage. Enhanced Massage Oil is infused with powerful botanicals like rock rose, geranium, and lavender.
Myco Clinic Pain Relief Ointment $10

Calming $90 per month
A (1) 60 minute massage once a month with an additional 10% off any additional services. You will have 12 months to use your session. You can pay the difference for a Hot Stone or Fertility Massage.
Tranquility $110 per month
A (1) 90 minute massage or a (1) 60 minute Hot Stone once a month with an additional 10% off any additional service. You will have 12 months to use your session. You can pay the difference for a 90 minute Hot Stone or Fertility Massage.
Relaxation $170 per month
Two (2) 60 minute massages a month with an additional 10% off any additional service. You will have 12 months to use your session. You can pay the difference for a Hot Stone or Fertility Massage.
Unwind $210 per month
Two (2) 90 minute services, or Two (2) 60 minute Hot Stone, or a combination of a (1) 90 minute services and a (1) Hot Stone massage a month with an additional 10% off any additional service. Serenity $330 per month
Four (4) 60 minute massages a month with an additional 15% off any additional service. You will have 12 months to use your session. You can pay the difference for a Hot Stone or Fertility Massage.
Soothing $410 per month
Four (4) 90 minute services, or Four (4) 60 minute Hot Stone, or any combination that equals to four (4) services that are either 90 minutes services and 60 minute Hot Stone massage a month. You will also receive one (1) free $10 upgrade per month with an additional 15% off any additional service. You will have 12 months to use your massage.
